Calls that pick up where the last conversation left off.
June Connect is the phone system built into June. When the phone rings, your team already knows the patient. When the call ends, it is summarized and filed next to their clinical notes, so the next person to touch the chart knows what was said and what comes next.

One tap to follow up
Hi Maria, here is the link to finish your medical history form before Thursday. See you at 2:00.
Call summaries that know the chart.
Every call is summarized and filed next to the visit notes. Because June writes the summary with the patient's clinical record in view, it does not just say who called. It says what the call was about in light of what the doctor recommended last time.
Maria Lopez asked about her balance and about the crown Dr. Chen recommended on tooth 14 at her September 3 visit. She would like to schedule after her insurance renews in January. Follow-up: send the booking link in December.
The call, the visit note, the messages and the forms all live on the same chart, so there is nothing to piece together.
Summaries run on HIPAA-covered infrastructure under a signed BAA.
Missed calls become booked visits.
When a caller hangs up or reaches voicemail, June texts them a link to book online, and puts them on your callback list in order of who matters most: new patients, overdue recalls and large unscheduled treatment first. Your team works the list from the top.
- 1. New patient, called twice, asked about implants
- 2. Overdue recall, 14 months since last cleaning
- 3. Balance question, $80
One record for everything.
Calls, summaries, clinical notes, messages and forms all live on the patient's chart. There is no separate phone app to check and no second login.
- A Calls tab with every call, plus recording transcripts if the office turns recording on
- Call summaries next to visit notes
- Voicemail as text in the message thread
- Forms and balance one click away
And the basics are covered.
- Press or say call menu
- Text back from the pop-up
- Desktop alert when June is not in front
- Optional call recording that announces itself

What is June Connect?
June Connect is June's phone system, inside the June portal. Staff make and take calls inside June, on any computer, signed in with their June login.
What are AI call summaries?
Each call is summarized and filed next to the patient's visit notes. The summary is written with the patient's clinical record in view, so it reflects what the patient and doctor last discussed and what was recommended. Summaries run on HIPAA-covered infrastructure under a signed BAA.
What happens to a call nobody answers?
The caller gets a text with a booking link, and the call joins a callback list ranked by value: new patients, overdue recalls and large unscheduled treatment first.
Do I need a separate phone login?
No. Staff use the same June login. There is no separate phone login.
Is call recording on by default?
No. Call recording is off unless the office turns it on. When it is on, callers hear “This call may be recorded for quality and training purposes.” before the call connects.
